We have a simple 6 stage process whereby

  • Stage 4. Finance Application
    Our Finance Brokers will arrange finance from a selection of 40 lenders ensuring you get the best loan structure with the best rate to suit your situation.
  • Stage 5. Conveyancing
    We will refer you to one of our trusted conveyancing solicitors to manage your purchase.       
  • Stage 6. Management of Property                               
    Once your property is purchased we will refer you to a dedicated and passionate property manager who will ensure your property is looked after and most importantly tenanted.
